Unfortunately, I am only able to reliably get Thompson Peak and White Tanks sites from here on the stock indoor antenna for both my base and handheld, but the trunked side is coming in very well. The conventional UHF--not so much.

Attached is a screenshot using Unitrunker from just a few moments ago.

Very strange. I get the UHF here, but usually not well. I can hear some of the UHF traffic, though. I guess I"ll have to wait until I leave work to see what's going on with the other sites. Oh well, I'll get by with what I've got for now.

If their radios are running off cellular to test the backup system. Then UHF & 700Mhz go dark since the radios are running on a backup network.

No need to run cellular & affiliate with a 700Mhz or UHF towers since that would be redundant.

Weird. I'm told other sites are carrying traffic, but I haven't heard a single peep out of Shaw Butte. Oh well, I'm stuck with analog, at least for now.

There’s been no radio issues at all. Sounds like a you issue unfortunately. DPS does not use cellular radios.

Wrong There was an issue. I heard one of the officers say over the air that Shaw had been down and they were having radio issues in the field. It came back up and everything started working normally again. Thanks, though.

none of the troopers would know which radio tower was having issues. So if there was one, I highly doubt it was a trooper.

It was someone in the field talking to dispatch. In any case, it came back up. It wasn't all 3 of my radios having an issue simultaneously.

For what it’s worth, living in the East Valley and listening to DPS on the UHF side of things, there’s been zero issues over here. Metro East, West, South and Central coming in strong.
