DSD+ Can't append to SRT file

On everything above 2.39 I get this error at the beginning of P25 voice decode and the program shuts down.
I have tried on two different computers and even started an install from basically scratch (had to use some files from my existing install to complete it) and still the same result. it decodes control channel data and runs well until it hears P25 voice data. Happens with my HackRF or generic RTL USB SDR dongle.
I have done some reading and the only thing I could find was someone who was having exactly my problem erasing the SRT files from his DSD+ directory and haven't DSD recreate them. That worked for him but not me.
Anyone have any ideas as to what is happening???

I just updated my base files because some of them were not passing the test and still same problem.

DSD+ creates a DSDPlus.wav file and a DSDPlus.srt file. If you delete one, also delete the other one. Sounds like the wav file exists and DSD+ is appending to it, but can't append to the srt file because it doesn't exist.

I put back any files i deleted and added DSDPlus.srt & DSDPlus.wav files still same error message.
It happens on DMR decode but 2.39 decodes no problem.

I got it working by starting a blank folder, adding just DSD+ then added the base folders one folder at a time trying it as I went.
When I got finished it worked. It appears one of the files in a previous installation was corrupt and causing the problem. It works now and follows trunked systems decoding P25 audio no problem.
