Installed 2.324 on a different W10 PC from my first installation
Running RTL_SDR and FMP24 and R1
Worked fine after install but now getting this return on the event window

2021.07.02 22:41:16 Initiating FMPx link using link ID 20001...
2021.07.02 22:41:16 FMPx link established; link ID = 20001
2021.07.02 22:41:16 FMPx link established
2021.07.02 22:42:52 Server disconnected
2021.07.02 22:42:52 FMPx link lost
2021.07.02 22:42:52 Initiating FMPx link using link ID 20001...
2021.07.02 22:42:52 FMPx link error = -5
2021.07.02 22:42:52 [Server is not listening on selected link ID]

Everything loads OK and link query shows 20001 but now lost FMPx link
Any ideas?
Thanks

Sounds like you don't have a copy of FMPA/FMPP/FMP24 running and listening for traffic on link ID 20001. What does FMPx have to say?

When they added the link ID feature I found that my DSD was expecting link ID but my FMPx was sending TCP port ID (despite me trying to use the link ID command line switches). I see you've provided the executable string for your FMP24 in the third post, what's your string for DSDplus?

Thank you for your replies. I am away from my SDR for a couple of days I’ll post when I get back in town. Thanks

On a hunch I thought the dsdplus .bin file might be the culprit...deleted it and bingo it took right off.
Program created a new .bin file. Not sure how it became corrupt but it works fine now.
Thanks for replies
Harry
