That only leaves room for 10 of the 16 groups listed (which looks like someone copied from a radio so likely accurate).

There are some Tier III which have the repeating key-ups like Capacity Plus, that was a Tier III CapMax.

My suggestion would be to make a submission to the database for this system to convert to conventional DMR. Also @Starcom21 may want to contact the original submitter to see how they came to the conclusion was TIII. Was there ever a control channel for this system? Anyway, what's in the database is wrong and needs to be changed.

I was the original submitter. Went back and read it and I said I wasn't sure what tier it was. Strange though that they would license it for trunked and conventional.

Anywho. Once I get all the data: CC, TS, and what TG is on what I'll submit the new finding!

Thank you all for your input and your help!

UPDATE:

I have called upon fellow radio nerds to tune this system in on their DSD Fastlane as well. So this is actually some sort of Tier III system. We are finding some talkgroups popping up on other freqs with different TS, CC, ETC. Have not seen any keyup data yet to indicate some sort of rest channel assignments or anything of that nature. More monitoring in data collection will have to done and analyzed before I make a new submission to update the system.

You would look for the TIER III to pop up in the lower left corner of the Event Log window while sitting on each frequency.
If there are only the 5 frequencies, you could also do 5 screen shots with the various DSDPlus windows visible in each sitting on the frequencies one at a time.
Anyway, for me, the favorite part of the various radio programs and systems is figuring out what I am seeing. I may never monitor a business channel again, but I try to know what is out there.

Yeah this weekend during their busy time I'm going to have stuff setup to monitor all 5 freqs. You're right. I could care less what the casino is doing. It's just the challenge of learning a new radio system that is satisfying. :D

Well......Monitored all frequencies licensed for the system last night including inputs from about 3pm to 1am during peak business hours......still no TRS Data. Do I need to tell DSD to look for T3? Maybe I am missing something in the settings?

You might also try 464.2000 and 462.1750 as they are licensed for low power conventional on the inputs for those frequencies (469.2000 & 467.1750). Wouldn't be the first time someone used a license like that.

I would create a dsd scanlist. Locate scanlist file, add frequencies, initiate scan by pressing 'S' in the dsd window.

As soon as I figure out how to generate a .SCANLIST file I will do that!

Ok I will try those out and see if anything pops on there.
