Yep. I haven't personally, but I can say for sure that somebody has.

BEE00.4F1 Niagara County NY 0 1424

As @mtindor said, I too haven't logged any, but someone has logged over 1400 RID aliases with none pending.

Yes, and yes. It's working great.

Are you referring to the RIDs in the 14XXXXXX range? I have yet to receive/decode a 1400XXXX ID (I only see about 10 that I've logged, ever, but the 149XXXXX range is all NYSP portables. 141XXXXX, I have a few, and those decoded as SP mobiles.

Looking at any 14XXXXXX RIDs, they are clearly LE, as they all have the last activity on either LE Primary, LE Data, or the US Marshal TG.

My Event Log shows 1378 MotoOTA; 1378 MotClr; 0 MotPat, but I manually figured out a bunch a while back before the OTA release, so.... I think that's me?

The ones you added or edited yourself should be listed as a quantity of "user aliases" just before the MotOTA segment.
For example, the line on my screen for the Albany/Schenectady County (NY) system says:
8481 radio records saved; 8128 user aliases; 3236 MotOTA; 3236 MotClr; 0 MotPart

Manually figuring out radio id's (which is something many of us do) vs the "1738 MotoOTA" id's shown in DSDPlus are not the same. Those are the actual aliases programmed into the radios that are being decoded by a PC run by DSDPlus.

Dam I live in cheektowaga it does not work from here
You shouldn't be having any issues from there. I can receive it from York Region (north of Toronto) without issue. I'd double check your programming.

The OTA aliases come from the system itself (Provisioning Manager), they are not "programmed into the radios".

I must be doing something wrong
i have a omni X antenna outside which picks them up. Also i recently added a uhf yagi which picks them up. The signal is fairly strong and i pick it up reliably with no issues.
