Start DSDPlus.exe

From the DSDPlus application, select the Misc menu option.

From the menu drop-down options, select Download Newest Base Files

The application will download DSDPlusBaseFiles.zip

Extract the files using 7-Zip. You should see your missing file in the DLLs folder.

I didn't think DSDPlus natively works with the HackRF. Maybe someone can correct me if I am wrong.

FMP24 works with RTL-SDRs.
FMPA works with AirSpy devices
FMPP works with the SDRPlay devices

Consider the following two options. If you want proper trunk tracking, purchase a RTL-SDR as shown in the first option. This is also a much simpler approach.

1. Buy a RTL-SDR for $29.95 (US). I recommend that you purchase your RTL-SDR from a reputable vendor to avoid buying the cheap Chinese copies. If you do purchase the RTL-SDR, you will need to install the Zadig driver. Here are two links to help you find the RTL-SDR.

2. Use your HackRF with SDR# and pipe the audio out to a virtual audio cable using the VB-Cable application. Next, point the DSDPlus.exe application to the virtual audio as the input. I never liked this approach, so I can't help you any further.

Depends on if you want to listen to individual channels, or trunked systems. If you want individual channels and DMR, you can probably use that HackRF with SDR# ((n)), SDR++((y)) or any other SDR application that supports that device, and then feed the audio into DSD+ and use it as a passive monitor.

If you need trunking support for that, I'd recommend Boatbod OP25 or SDRTrunk, they have support for the HackRF device.
