Well, during my obviously "busy" working day I made a simple batch file to change frequencies by simple press of a button. First of all I have to say that I'm not any closer to any type ot programming, developing or whatever (...and english is not my native language as you can see)
You must have a basic knowledge for configuration and just a little bit more to edit it the way you like it!!!
So, what it actually does? The answer - everytime you press a button from 1 to 9 it restart FMP with frequency argument equal to the frequency stored to that number. It is actually much simpler than it sounds. The method I'm using is limited from 1 to 9 because numbers above 10 are counted as duplicate choice which is not suported. So up to 9 favorite frecuencies can be stored. If you need more than this you could add letters instead of numbers.
If you want to try it just download and extract the zip file. Open with notepad and edit the file with correct FMP path, frequencies, names and so on. If you need any assistance, don't hesitate to ask. I will do whatever I can to help you.

Still don't know if someone find this tool useful but I do, so I made some upgrades
So, what's new:- select from 9 favorite frequencies (more can be added if you want)
- change input/output devices (useful if you often plug/unplug headphones, microphones...etc.)
- fast access to edit FMP scan list
- menu recall
- restart option
- exit with cofirmation (basically it kills dsd, fmp, notepad and cmd tasks so be careful if you have some other not saved cmd or notepad windows opened. You get warning about this but still be careful)
- new menu (see screenshots how mine looks)
The configuration is same as previous but with just a little bit more arguments to be set, so take your time to set it correct and if you have any questions feel free to ask
P.S.: Frequencies and names on screenshots are not real so, don't use them

I posted this before in the 1.06 thread but it's still something that needs working on in the 1.07x version as well. I have been working with the Hytera GPS decoding which works now but the compressed GPS does not. I have been asked to gather some compressed GPS data from a Hytera radio. Here is the original post. Still need volunteers to assist. PM me if you are willing to help.

It's pretty simple and would be a big help in progressing DSD+ on the Hytera GPS side of things. Also the test side too.

FMP
I see the FMP software and I think it's cool that I can just avoid the SDR SHarp. But for waht it's worth, I'm getting much better performance with this version as far as capturing voice than ever before.
But how do you get those decoding windows up while using FMP? Did I miss a text file somewhere?

Also, I remember seeing somewhere that there was a fast track version or something named like that. All I could find on it was 1 post about being $25 year to receive alpha versions.
Is there somewhere to obtain a more current version?

The Fast Lane version has had several releases since the last public release and is currently at version 2.18 I believe.
Is there anywhere that has a change log or anything?
I use DSDPlus maybe once every 8 or 9 months, so I am trying to justify buying alpha Fast Lane.
(Also, it's good to know it hasn't been abandoned)
