Captura de pantalla 2022-08-18 210826.png Hey y'all I need some help, I'm new into everything to do with radio, I got my RTLSDR last month so I don't have a good grasp on everything. I have been trying to decode digital voice for a while, and I have had success once, the image attached has the frequency I am trying to decode. I have decoded 2 minutes of audio before so I know this is a true signal (police voice channel) and not encrypted, but cannot get it to decode again. I have searched for every problem I could find before resorting to asking here. Here is what I have done so far.

Originally I was on NFM, I switched to WFM just before taking this screenshot to see if it would help, it did not.
I have changed my gain a lot, currently, it is at around 20 I believe.
My audio is not peaking I have made sure of that, and the sound is piping via a virtual cable.
I have no audio filters, no noise reduction, and no channel cancellers on, and correct IQ is on as you can see in the image.
I have changed bandwidth multiple times and centered the frequency as best I can, this was probably what I spent most of my time on.
I have DSDplus set to auto-detect, and I know it is detecting correctly since once again I did manage to decode this once before.

My setup could be the problem I suppose, I have a dipole antenna that comes with the RTLSDR kit, though I don't think that is the problem since I am getting a strong signal without too much gain. I just have an RTLSDR v3 as mentioned before, and the virtual audio cable piping the sound into DSDplus.

I am not sure what else I can do, I know I'm possibly missing something obvious which I hope to be the case. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong area! Any help would be welcome.

Well.... I can see a few issues to start off with.

1 - 154.0177 isn't a valid frequency, so you definitely aren't centered on frequency.
2 - You do want NFM selected in SDR#, and you want your bandwidth set to 4000 for NXDN.
3 - It looks like you are sitting on a control channel for an NXDN trunked system. There won't be any voice there. You'll see to be monitoring the voice channels.
4 - Are you using the free version of DSDPlus or DSDPlus Fastlane? Either way, try using FMP or FMP24 that comes with the DSDPlus package as the tuner instead of trying to kludge DSDPlus and SDR# together. Once you have a working setup with FMP/DSDPlus then start to fiddle with SDR#.
