Planning a trip to the area anyone know of Dugway freqs ? aka Area 52?

Dugway (UT) is nowhere near Area 52 in Nevada. Area 52 and Tonopah Test Range are so highly encrypted you would have literally nothing to hear.
That is assuming you meant Area 51 versus Area 52

Dugway IS Area 52 in Utah.
Check the Tooele Co page in the database section, here on RadioReference. Dugway has it's own system, and the Utah Test and Training Range(s) (UTTR) has several sites in the County. UTTR is mostly P25 phase II.
