Duke Energy P25 Pinellas County

Has anyone had any luck monitoring Duke Energy P25 using the frequencies from radio reference. i"m using a Uniden SDS 100

Their system has all the talkgroups fully encrypted so you will not be able to monitor even with a p25 scanner.

Even so I would have heard some sort of encrypted sounds, but I am not hearing anything

The new duke p25 system has a p25 phase 2 cc also which no scanner on the market can decode atm

The BTT P25RX-II can decode Phase 2 control channels.

Even there was a firmware update for the scanners it won't decode audio since it's all enc.
