3606 also confirmed to be UCPD #2 via simulcast traffic
I'll change it to "Law Enforcement East Tac 2." Submitter wasn't very clear: Said on one hand the talkgroup ID range was close to Livermore PD so it could be them, but then again he saw multiple agency radio IDs on it and thought it was a countywide law mutual aid tac channel (unless I misunderstood). Keep an ear out for it and I'll correct it when we have more solid info!

3311 most likely is LPD Investigations channel. I normally hear encrypted traffic on it and based on the channel lineup they had on their previous system this channel should be their investigations channel.

I am the one who made the submission. In previous days I have heard LPD radio IDs on this tag. All traffic has been encrypted. The other day I heard two LPD units say "go to East Tac 2". Then ID 3311 became active. I'm sure it was them (had cell in "search" mode and there were no other active IDs), but I did not have the radio ID function on. By calling the ID "East" it sounds like this may be a shared channel for agencies in the ALCO East Simulcast Cell. In Fremont, there is a talk group in the existing system that uses a Fremont ID, but is used as a task force channel for Fremont and neighboring cities. This is what I"m speculating this is used for. The test will be to monitor radio IDs and see if other agencies use the TG. Since this TG will always be encrypted (according to EBRCS plan) there may be no value in listening (or programming) it.

ALCO NW: 3746 informal traffic this morning, one user looking for another, asking if he's monitoring his radio. No joy on response 
Other than this, I'm only hearing UCPD traffic as above (3605-3609). No other UCB tgs, and no other testing. Been listening for the last few days, several hours at a stretch.

No one's noticed Site 8 is now on the air? CC is on 853.9375. I didn't see a license for it. It's neighbored to the COCO sites that I can receive.

I can see it on the pro96com software as of about a month ago about but didn't know what I was looking at. At times it would say failed instead of connected.

It must be. I Couldn't hear anything going through Livermore on 580 to east bay.
Plus that's the only other standalone completed. I might take a drive up there today

No, I saw it as a neighbor like the rest of us. I'll agree that it's probably Marsh Creek. Since it appears to be stand-alone and is using an 800 freq that seems to confirm a site that's going to serve a small area.
Gotta keep an eye on the neighbor/adjacent lists. Those are populated by adding them in to the system database so they can be nonexistent and still be announced. When it shows failed it meant it didn't have a link back to the main controller.

TG 1015 is active on ALCO SW Simulcast this morning with talk about the Raider game at the Coliseum. Sounds like ALCO Sheriff which provides security along with OPD. Should be active most of the day.

Had a talk group I haven't seen used show up this morning. TG 1015 on the east Simulcast. Radio numbers are similar to 3067###. Sounds like ACSO working the Raider game, with someone monitoring/dispatching on both TG 1015 and the TAC 8 channel they usually use on the older system.

I tried posting, but I don't think it submitted, my apologies if the first post did. I'm also hearing TG 1015 on the East Simulcast system (I'm currently in Dublin). It's ACSO working the Raider game security detail. Sounds like they're utilizing that as well as the usual TAC 8 on the old system. (radio numbers appear to be 3067###)

I live about 10 minutes away from marsh creek so I took a little trip to the fire house and to the corrections facility. Parked it on that freq and didn't hear a peep. I didn't have my laptop with me so I couldn't run the p96com software.
