I can only hear Central (just a bit of West), and have only heard SRPD (TG 7556, right?) on Central per a quick check of the past 24 hours. Most recent transmission 1155 today.
Yeah I just heard them, but there’s been so little traffic I’m wondering if they’re normally on a different site.
They are not using CCCO East, ALCO Northwest. I have both sites with high signal strength

I noticed the Alameda County techs, TG 5023 were encrypted today. Dang. They were interesting to listen to. Also San Ramon had a major jewelry store take down robbery this afternoon so there should have been plenty of radio traffic. Can't hear them here on ALCO SW.
Testing it out more today, sounds like San Ramon PD is going out on ALCO East and not on CCCO Central. So I guess ALCO East is their primary site, kind of surprising.
Listening it sounds like the latter is correct, so I've updated the DB.
According to this article, Contra Costa Co will switch 10/7 and Alameda Co will switch 10/9:

CCSO just announced that the encryption cutover will begin at 0400 hrs.

02:15 AM Concord PD switched everyone back to CH1. Fully Encrypted now.

CCSO encrypted as of 5am.
All Contra Costa County LE agencies are encrypted. Vallejo PD and Benicia PD are still in the clear.
Will ConFire be affected by this?
EDIT: I found a message saying ConFire will NOT be encrypted.
This leads me to my next question, will these BART channels be encrypted?
