I've got an Eton Elite Executive that is maybe 2 1/2 years old. It's been a great radio and I really enjoy using it on MW, SW and SSB. Recently, though, I've lost the ability to change tuning speed. It is stuck in Fast mode and pressing down on the tuning wheel does nothing. I have emailed Eton about the problem and have tried calling them every day for about a week. I get no response and no one answers the phone.
Has anyone else had this problem with the EEE? Is Eton customer service typically this bad?
