I had someone tell me they put someone on an EMF reader from an electrician and then plugged the number into a ham radio and could hear what the person was thinking, as well as their inner monologue. It may have even had video. I'm not sure if it's VHF or if he attached a ULF/VLF transmitter receiver to it (he hinted at both), but I do believe him when he says he can listen to people. I figure if he can do that he may also be able to talk into their heads.
Am I onto something here? Is this where all those "targeted individuals" conspiracies come from?
