I have been out of scanning for several years. Could someone tell me which agencies are encrypted in the Philly area? I know the State Police, Lower Merion PD, Upper Merion PD, and I believe now all of Montco PD are encrypted. Is that the case? Delco I assume is moving to some new system but what is the timetable? How about Delaware - I remember New Castle County went encrypted a while back - what about Delaware State Police? Thanks for any information.

Camden, Gloucester & Burlington County Law Enforcement as well. Here's a tip for you. If you look at any frequency or system. If you see the letter "E" anywhere in the mode column, this is an indicator of encryption. An uppercase E signifies full time encryption whereas a lowercase "e" denotes partial encryption

Delaware State Police is in the clear for their dispatch/command channel, and they employ selectable encryption when necessary.

Just to add one that's going to be happening... Bucks County is starting in January to equip Fire and EMS with the capability to communicate with the County police with encryption. When that's completed police are expected to go full encryption.
