Decatur Police Department has encrypted their feeds. Macon County Sherriff car to car is encrypted. Decatur Fire and rural fire are still active as of today 2-3-2021

central illinois scanners are now encrypted , so scanner is worthless. Is there a way out of this?

What about it?? Where specifically in Central Illinois are you from? You never provided us an answer to who you're looking to monitor despite several of us asking. Can't confirm or negate encryption without knowing this info

Macon County Sheriff Dispatch as of last night was still clear and you can hear all dispatching. You can not hear car to car. Decatur Fire is still clear on all channels
