Officer Craig Sroka - he is on Coventry PD, he often does TikTok where people can ask questions and he answers them.I am now intrigued.......Craig who?
Well, he might not be able to give you the complete answer. The decision to encrypt communications (or not) lies with the chief and the command staff. No disrepect to patrolman Sroka (I like his TikToks too) but the chief probably didn't run it by him before making that decision.
I agree, no disrespect to him and to officer Tara Miller they are nice enough to do TikTok's
