ERROR on BCD436HP

Scanner / Software / System Programming ....

My display keeps locking up at certain points ... let me Explain:

I turn on my BCD436HP
Then press the ". NO" to Select "Serial Port" (which starts to Scan)
Press "CHAN/MOD" to STOP the Scan Mode (on any channel)

(Then I want to select a Certain Favorite List (#33) to monitor)

If I choose a "Favorite List" (#46 KIMBERLEY FIRE) it will lock on that system ...
When I press the "CHAN/MOD" to start scanning that System ... everything works as it should.

When I press the "CHAN/MOD" button it stops the scanning ...
So if I press the "System" Key and rotate the "SEL/VOL/SQ" knob to change to the System I want ... (Say system East Kootenay-Quick Key #33 on my scanner)
When I rotate the knob, the Favorite lists change till I get to favorite list "#33 East Kootenay" ... then everything locks up and won't rotate off that one.
The black reverse background will time out and the scanner will stay on System #33 ... and "HOLD" will continue to appear on the "CHAN/MOD" line.

If I press the "CHAN/MOD" button the "HOLD" disappears .... BUT the "HOLD" now appears on the "DEPT/SITE" line???
No matter what I do (except to restart the scanner) ... nothing will remove the "HOLD" on the "DEPT/SITE" line.

Food for Thought:
I have 2 BCD436HP scanners and the problem is on both ....
Which get me to thinking about the Programming of the Favorite List ...
The favorite list is a DMR-One Channel radio System with multiple departments (in the area) with different TGID for each.

Looking for Suggestions:
Do I delete the System and start over again?
Just change the Quick Key number?

All you need to do is tap the DEPT/SITE button to release a department hold, or FUNC (the top button on the left side) then DEPT/SITE to release a site hold.

Thanks ... I'm aware of that move ... but it doesn't help my problem with locking on only one system continuously, even though I should be able to rotate to the next system. Instead everything is locked up.

It shows that the HOLD has been released ... but does not do so.

Reorganized my Favorites List ...
Re-Uploaded to Scanner ...
For some reason/somehow .... it has corrected itself.
Don't ask me what I did ... I couldn't tell you ... Glitch is gone. (Temp???)

There's some bugs in the number tag function, perhaps also in quick keys.

If I select a number tag for a talk group it also makes a hold on the first site in that system. I have no quick key set to that site and there's no number tags for sites. So now I am monitoring a TG that might not even be used on that first site.

If I do Fn+Dept I get a "Site Hold Off" and the site hold are released, just to immediatly be set to Hold again.
Sometimes the second site in the system are on hold after the first one are unhold, and sometimes the unhold works and scanner are restored to normal scan. It is not a bug free feature.
