While we are here, does anyone know what the Pager Tones (tone reads) are for ECFMA?

I have a set I use on a Pi but I am setting up a Motorola EX600 and it does not seem to activate. I know sometimes when I snip the signal off the Raspberry Pi there is fluctuation.

If anyone has them that would be great.

Thanks,

Does anyone out there have the QCII tones for pager activations for MA dispatches? I've been literally searching for them for years and gave up. It would be great to program a pager and not have to lockout the freq because of insignificant chatter/radio tests.

Thanks!

Whelp after countless digging because the ones I got on the Raspberry Pi did not work in my Motorola it appears I have them. They are working in my EX600 so I assume they are correct.

Tone A: 847.5 / Code A4
Tone B: 892.5 / Code A5

In times like these, this made my day, I too do not have to sit with an open channel all the time waiting for the next big job. :)

Awesome, thanks!

Something makes me think there is another pair as well. I’m not sure why, just recall noticing a few times that sometimes they sound different.

Thank again.

Well I have been running a feed for quite some time with pagering alerts to my email and from what I can tell they always go off, but you are right, sometimes I hear something else, maybe a single tone or something, but generally it is the A/B tone that I have heard.

This should be the 99% of the time the tones....

I guess I could add it to my scan list and check my logs in proscan periodically.

How are you sending pager alerts to email?
