Nothing that I am aware of has changed, I know that the Fire 800 Talkgroup is still patched with the VHF, but the VHF Tac Freq is not longer in use ( Unless they build the patch at the dispatch position). And Im not aware of any changes in the EPD side. The tec's have been working on getting Phase II up and running to peak, so maybe when they are messing with cards in the computers things change a bit.

Also another theory,( im not a radio expert, but I do have a pretty good idea on how they have their tower layout in this county)maybe now that they have Phase I and Phase II systems up and running you are catching the overlap between the two systems?

I'd like to piggy back on this thread . I'm sometimes able to pick up the Snohomish county TRS from my home or while out and about on Bainbbridge .But not all the time. Is it do to ducting or what that I'm sometimes able to hear them?

The Snohomish County 800 system is only designed to cover Snohomish County and overlap into adjacent counties to a limited degree. Since you have a water path to Snohomish County, you just happen to have some coverage down there. It wasn't planned or designed, but certainly is a by-product of providing good coverage to the primary area.
