The DB admins have nothing to do with it really. The system is apparently using some Phase II TDMA voice and the system was recently updated to reflect that. Thus it appears the new system type is causing some fits. I believe this was the first system set to this type. I am sure GRE will work it out soon, as Don did with his WIN500.

Having all of the decisions made for you is really neat until you disagree with the decision that was made without your participation.
