EZScan library updates

Can anyone tell me if EZScan software is still getting updates from the RR database?

I am having difficulty getting something that is on the RR database for Orange County Florida. Hyland Wireless - Suntalk Linked system

Is there anything special I can do to get this into my software then on the TRX-1?

How does Ez Scan handle trunked DMR systems, since Whistler scanners don’t trunk track DMR & NXDN ?

EZscan has an NXDN System in the Library that is called Florida Fleet Talk and the scanner actually seems to hear and follow traffic on that system.
What I can't figure out is why Hyland Wireless and several other systems don't seem to be in the EZScan library after updating it and that is why I was thinking that RR data & updates are no longer getting into the software's library for TRX-1 and 2.
My friend has a 436 and he is telling me about systems he can load that aren't available for TRX-1 even after running library/software updates...
For the system I am trying to get I can actually program the channels in manually to see if it would work well (and perhaps it may not) but the bigger issue that I would like to know is if updates are still being made to EZScan from the RR database... Getting updated data in the EZScan software going forward is an important thing to me...

It worked fine for me, did you try preferred method, zip code, or what? Try Preferred, that is what I used and it worked.

RaleighGuy, That worked. I was trying to get this using state-county only but the "preferred" method worked perfectly and now I see everything I need in the library/database. Thank you very much for helping me on this! Much appreciated.

I am wanting get LWIN update from Ezscan but we're unable to do so for Trx1
