DSDPlus Fails to decode messages correctly.

Hi, all,

I have been utilizing DSDPlus to decode my local P25P1 site control channel and the program consistently fails to decode some messages correctly.

DSDPlus, Unitrunker and SDRTrunk (and probably OP25) -- At least the first three do not focus o documenting / implementing ever known ISP. OSPs yes, ISPs no. You have the option turned on to monitor ISPs. You should expect what you see.

Please have a look at the attached zip file.
The messages are Explicit Secondary Control Channel
Broadcast OSP messages.
Unitrunker and Pro96com decode these messages correctly, but DSDPlus does not.

I did as you directed and made contact with the author of DSDPlus and got a quick response.
I was instructed to disabled the inbound message decoding and this resolved the issue, so you were correct about this.
It appears that the inbound decoding feature can only be utilized for non-trunked decoding. I will test this feature today by tuning to the input channel frequency and disabling trunking.

Hi,

I got DSDPlus decoding ISP messages this morning.
I entered the site's input frequency 141.7650 MHz

Then I changed the settings.
Decoder: Decode P25, Decode Inbound CC.
Control: Start-up Options=Load nothing, Disable Hunt Lost Control Channel.

I found a couple of ISP messages in the DSDPlus log file that are not being decoded and I have sent this information to the author of the program. See the zip file for the details.
