Is anyone else noticing if this "system maintenance" is slowing their ham/GMRS callsign assignment?
Wait, really the FCC is going slow? The database is down? Wow when did that happen, maybe a new license jammed it up or broke it.
It probably broke with my license submission 😂

Looks like we have a bit longer before it is up and working again due to "technical issues". I guess we will see how long that will take

All FCC Systems Currently Down
The FCC’s Universal Licensing System (“ULS”) is currently down and not accessible to the public. This includes the Commission’s License Manger, License Search, Application Search, Tower Construction Notification System, E-106 System, Antenna Structure Registration (“ASR”) Online Filing, ASR Application Search, ASR Registration Search, TOWAIR, and all ULS Specialized Searches. The systems are anticipated to be down until at least Monday, June 19, 2023. During this time, no applications may be filed through the database.

Past the "Technician's License Exam" last Saturday. I've been waiting to pay my $35 and get my call sign.

Since you have not been told to pay yet, this won't help too much. For anyone who payed and got the authorizations email, their callsign will be in here but their license will not be accessible.
I'm still waiting for my call too.. tested Saturday, paid on Sunday via CORES

VECs are probably having issues with submitting testing results. Gotta love when govt systems don't work.
Can't get that lucky.
Maybe part of something more? We'll know in a few days...
