For detailed frequency listing's, look in 47 CFR subchapter D for parts 80, 87, 90, 95. and 97. CB radio is not in part 96, it is in part 95D. It's all there, but very lengthy.

You are looking for something that does not exist in the detail that I think you want for several reasons:
1. Such a table would be far far too large to be practical in the detail that I think you are desirng. (This is the main reason,)
2. Many frequencies serve more than one purpose particularly in different regions..
3. Frequency assignments contently change--particularly in regard to spacing changes.
The chart you do not like is probably the best you will find.
