I think there may be a typo in the NAC Wiki page

Federal NAC Codes - The RadioReference Wiki

The Wiki lists NAC 0F0 as being State Department, but I've only logged them as using NAC 00F.

I've looked at a DoS radio codeplug, and $0f0 is the correct NAC. All the DoS loggings I have in front of me now show $0f0.

Not sure why you are seeing $00f...

Phoenix area:
167.3625
167.6125
167.6625
167.7125
167.7625
All using a NAC of 167 today. (Interesting that they're all on 167 MHz frequencies, and all using the 167 NAC lol)
173.7125 has also been noted locally in the past with NAC 167. Not today.

167.3125 may have been another as well, but I'm not positive about it. And they're 100% encrypted so far, so no clue, other than the 167 NAC, as to who they may be. (FBI?)

The FBI has been using the 167.2-167.8 band for decades. The analog PL tone is usually 167.9 and in the areas where they moved to P25 the NAC is usually 167.

Could you maybe narrow it down to a specific agency? Or area? Have you checked the DB or wiki?

No we don't PVT Message info, it is SHARED with ALL

Federal NAC Codes - The RadioReference Wiki
is not out-dated Much of the info is Local not National and will vary by Location
there are some common Nationally known NACs however don't assume that
example 418.875 $167 is the FBI just because the NAC is $167

As you have been told on many many other forums/lists , Spend sometime Searching
Not every area has an Active Federal user base, also Federal monitoring is not like listening to your local PD/FD/EMS, they come-n-go and it could be days, weeks, months or even years before a frequency in your back-yard is used again.

Outdated ? As KMA371 asked, please be specific about what you think is outdated.

Remember - Federal Monitoring is a world, where you WON'T be handed a list of frequencies for your back-yard, spend some time searching, earn a little Street/Scanner Credibility, post what you have found [take a month] and kep searching, THEY ARE OUT THERE and just need to be discovered

Digital communication is still new enough that there has not been time for much info to become "outdated."

864 is USMS. We have a repeater with that NAC in Charlotte. They're encrypted as well. Chris Parris has a recent article on MT Fed Files about some new frequencies in use with that NAC.
