Feed provider feedback

I’m having a terrible time giving feedback to the feed provider. I’ve managed to run down the contact address a couple of times but the sites are not easy to negotiate. It’s not user friendly and takes about an hour for me to find it. There are so many twists and turns I can’t replicate it. I really like the feed but it’s gotten so distorted it’s difficult to understand sometimes.

It really isn't difficult, every Broadcastify feed has buttons on the feed page to either Contact Broadcaster and/or Report Feed, click on one or both of those and send your concerns.

Welcome to the RR forums. It would help to know what feed. Have you contacted the broadcaster thusly?

I’m using an app called Scanner Radio. It doesn’t appear in that format. I changed apps six months ago or more from Broadcastify.com because of the sudden change in the reception. I tried to go back but the app for Broadcastify.com is no longer free.

I did manage to just find m.broadcastify.com on the web and it has those functions on the bottom of the page. Hopefully this will work.
