Is anyone into vintage multiband portable radios?

Great pix Omega. My neighbor had that rig, I don't remember the $109.00 price tag.
We both bought our radios by way of lawn mows and paper routes.
My rig then was a Hallicrafter tw-1000.

This SONY 7F-74DL was my first radio in 1973/74. This is an identical replacement as the original was 'lost' in an AF PCS move in 1981.

That was tough, unfortunately I could not do as well as I wanted.
