What are you using to receive it? Are you using a USRP?

Are you trying to look at FFSK modulation or trying to extract and decode the data out of a signal?

Just look for something that will decode MSK or FSK. It most cases it should do the trick.

I don't yet know of any plugins for SDR# for MSK/FSK/FFSK.

But you might give this neat little proggie a shot.

it need an WiNRADiO receiver (1000/1500/3000, G303, G305, G313 or G315 series) ??!!

WinRADIO is just another USRP. You can use your own USRP.

You'll tune the frequency with SDR#. The demodulated output of SDR# is fed to your sound card and subsequently into this decoder where the FSK/FFSK is decoded. You may have to use VB Cable to route audio to the right places:

Nope. I'm not decoding it. I just know the sound of Data Radio IP MDT, and it sounds similar.
