In order to continue with excellent customer service, Hytera will support dealers and customers to upgrade DMR terminals to R9.2 or R7.7 before we provide any other services.

DMR R9.2 (V9.02.01.009.iM_iN) applies to PD6X2i / PD7X2i / PD982i / MD652i / MD782i / X1i series.
DMR R9.2 (V9.02.01.004.iM_iN) applies to RD622i/RD962i/RD982i/RD982i-S series.
DMR R7.7 (V7.07.01.004.iM_iN) applies to PD502i/PD562i series.
DMR R3.0 (V3.0.001102 and V3.0.001101) applies to PDC760.

I didn't check, but in the past Hytera site did not allow customer direct download, had to be a dealer. Did that change?

Im a dealer and not seeing this update on the canadian hytera dealer portal

Yep, that line pretty much spells it out. I know I wouldn't "upgrade" if I had Hytera.

Just like I'm not "upgrading" to the new Mototrbo updates. If I get to a point I have to, then that's another story.
