First Energy or JCP&L in NJ gone?

I was scanning the Matawan site as a conventional system, and heard all the traffic on my BCD996P2. Now I hear NOTHING at all on ANY of their NJ frequencies. Does anyone have updated info on JCP&L?

May want to check the database. They might have switched over to full time P25

they are some sort of Hybrid P25 system. My BCD996P2 would not track them as a Trunk system, so I programmed it as a ' conventional ' system and scanned the individual frequencies. That worked just fine. There was very little traffic, but I like to listen when there is power outages or storms. Yesterday I was scanning ALL their NJ frequencies as conventional, and heard nothing. Something has changed.

I am picking up the Navesink site from my location in Edison with all of the parameters listed in the database. Reception is tough on this system, no matter what site it is. But to confirm, I do still hear them with the data listed in the database.
