The document I saw said South Florida first and then up the East Coast to about the middle of the State through Jacksonville and Nassau County. Then Tampa up the West Coast to Leon County area and finally the Panhandle by July of 2026. Don't think they will make that date ! Bravo14 haven't you heard some sites near Tampa? If so the may have changed the build out plan !
I haven't seen any sites popping up around this area. Just the Air Sites and site 9.

Are new sites still being built for P25 SLERS? Currently coveragewise the 700MHz P25 SLERS is nowhere matching EDCAS' coverage on 800MHz. I get that "you don't need that many sites for helicopter up in the air", but I would think more sites are needed for portables (especially in building) coverage, no?

New sites still being built out and not sure when they'll start popping up. I scan the 7xx stuff once a week or so.

I was told that the new equipment is already installed at the sites. At least here in South Florida. The big unknown to outsiders is the switchover date.

Are you referring to the air sites, or the current EDACS sites in South Florida?

I’m talking about the new SLERS P25 system. My understanding is that the air sites are a separate system.
Oh, ok, I understand. So then the 9254A.141 system is the air system. Has the new P25 SLERS System come on the air in Sloth Florida yet?

I've submitted database updates for Pensacola, Meacham, and Century sites in Escambia County, and the Milton site in Santa Rosa. That's all I'm able to hear from my location. SysID is 352. Looks like the EDACS frequencies were reused, with a couple of new ones at Century, perhaps. Hope that helps.

Awesome! I thought they were using the 700mhz for state wide. I did a search scan for my area nothing as of yet. Is the system Phase l or ll?

Is the edacs still up and active? I know site 200 Centry is missing 2 lcns for that site. For years been working on missing lcns.
