DSDPlus FMP24 Red tint and high CPU usage

So Ive noticed this odd behavior where suddenly one of the FMP24 instances begins consuming much more CPU than usual. At the same time, it gets a red tint on the white scope line. In this case its the bottom instance watching 773.18125 while the one directly above is still white. Task manager shows the much higher CPU usage is associated with the one having the red tint.
Any ideas? The color change is very strange to me. Is it trying to tell me something?

Ah thanks. I forgot about that feature. Disabled. Hopefully that fixes my audio stuttering
