I downloaded it several times to see if I did something wrong
I have seen it but not nowYou need to create the file, the author doesn't know what everyone wants to scan, it isn't included with the base files. As we said before, read the notes file in the DSD+ folder and it explains how to build your scan file.
I have seen it but not now
Got it, do I put the frequencies in the fmp24 scanlist or the dsd frequencies and I put the sites into dsd sites do I put anything in the siteloader, I read in the notes that the Airspy that you have to put the serial number of the Airspy in the fmp.cfgLook in Windows Recycle bin.
Depends what you want to do. Scan list is for scanning conventional analog and digital freqs. Fregs, sites and scan list would be for trunked systems and possible single freq systems.do I put the frequencies in the fmp24 scanlist or the dsd frequencies and I put the sites into dsd sites do I put anything in the siteloader,

Also go to your location on google maps and obtain your gps location and enter it in the search origin replacing whats there now.
I gave you the directions above. You can add your freqs, in the correct format, which is described in the writing your asking if you can delete, where the text is shown in red, that's where you put the freqs. On the FMPA Scan list do I delete all that writing are just put it below it the frequency is 850

I asked what you were trying to do, and if you do not answer, the proper advice can't be given.
So NO, tg's do not go in the scan list.
So again, what are you trying to do? Scan convention freqs, or scan trunked systems, that have tg's?
.
Trunked systems
DSD and FMP has me confused
I saw this in the notes do I use these and fmpThen you would not utilize the scanlist at all if your doing trunked systems.
DSDPlus is a digital decoding program. FMPA, FMPP, FMP24 are tuners that supply DSDPlus.
You really should do some reading (link below, notes.txt and FMPA help.txt) to get familiar with how the program works and the features available for use. Some steps are different between P25 systems and the other supported systems.

It's P25, can I use the DSD files from the downloads are by handYou use the first 5. If p25, you do not use the DSDPlus.freqs file. Pretty sure it tells you that in the link I posted.
Is this correct I deleted all of the writing was I supposed toYes, you can use the downloads formatted for DSDPlus.

Is this rightDeleted all writing you were supposed to?
Never told you to delete any writing. Told you that you could substitute the text I showed in red in the scanlist, with your freqs.
What you deleted is the guided text explaining how to properly enter info into the sites file.
If you have an Airspy, why do you have FMPP.cfg open? Airspy and Sdrplay are not the same.

The only files I should use is DSD networks, groups, sites, siteloader, I tried to put P25, BEE00.1D9, "Palmetto 800" in the networks file and said errorThat looks good.
