The scanlist files, FMP24 and FMPA, are in the base files. You don't say what version you are using but they are for Fastlane, the paid version.
If you have that, go to MISC tab and choose Download Newest Base Files. Unzip, open Data Files folder within the unzipped DSDPlusBaseFiles folder and copy the two SCANLIST files to your main DSDPlus folder.
You do not create the file but you have to edit it to set up what you want to scan.

Depends what you want to do. Scan list is for scanning conventional analog and digital freqs. Fregs, sites and scan list would be for trunked systems and possible single freq systems.

I gave you the directions above. You can add your freqs, in the correct format, which is described in the writing your asking if you can delete, where the text is shown in red, that's where you put the freqs.

does the TG goes into scanlist the DSD

I asked what you were trying to do, and if you do not answer, the proper advice can't be given.

Scan list is for scanning conventional analog and digital freqs.

So NO, tg's do not go in the scan list.

So again, what are you trying to do? Scan convention freqs, or scan trunked systems, that have tg's?

Trunked systems

Then you would not utilize the scanlist at all if your doing trunked systems.

DSD and FMP has me confused

DSDPlus is a digital decoding program. FMPA, FMPP, FMP24 are tuners that supply DSDPlus.

You really should do some reading (link below, notes.txt and FMPA help.txt) to get familiar with how the program works and the features available for use. Some steps are different between P25 systems and the other supported systems.

You use the first 5. If p25, you do not use the DSDPlus.freqs file. Pretty sure it tells you that in the link I posted.

Is this correct I deleted all of the writing was I supposed to

Deleted all writing you were supposed to?

Never told you to delete any writing. Told you that you could substitute the text I showed in red in the scanlist, with your freqs.

What you deleted is the guided text explaining how to properly enter info into the sites file.

If you have an Airspy, why do you have FMPP.cfg open? Airspy and Sdrplay are not the same.
