I keep getting bursts that are a fraction of a second in length that repeat every 10-20 seconds. I can only see it on FMP24, no other SDR program will show it... I use the same SDR, same antenna, just different software and nothing will show it. Its the peak between the white and red lines, right above 450.15mhz.

Ive tried numerous configs with different gain, sample rate, waterfall settings, direct sampling, decimation, etc. No luck. I dont believe its harmonics either. I used SDR# and SDR++.

I'm getting this in Muskegon, Michigan. No record of anything on this freq per RRDB. Im unable to check the FCC ULS site due to it being down.

Looks like a utility company or other monitoring system databurst. Very wide band. Or perhaps some interference by a local device.

Are you talking about what is shown by the orange on the plot? That is not the full RF spectrum span (which is shown in white), but rather the RF spectrum zoomed in on the signal you have selected. There does not appear to be an RF signal between the red and white frequency selection bars in this screenshot.

Edit: Upon further contemplation, I should probably mention that I have only used FMPP-CC and the lines on the plot are white and green. Perhaps I am misinterpreting what is shown in orange here, but if it is just a different color palate than the above explanation is likely correct.
