I noticed that FFD no longer has a talkgroup on SRRCS. Does anybody know where their main operations are? Are they dispatched by Metro Fire?

The database has it listed as “Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District”, but an alternative label might be “Sacramento Regional Fire/EMS Communications Center (SRFECC)”.

SRFECC is a joint-powers agency that dispatches for all fire departments in Sacramento County (with the exception of Delta FPD and SMF Fire). Metro Fire is a member of the JPA that forms the SRFECC, along with Cosumnes FD, Folsom FD, and Sacramento FD. The volunteer districts in the south county are contract agencies with SRFECC.

But yes, as the database is currently displayed, Folsom Fire is on the “A” talkgroups underneath the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District category.

I've never seen Folsom Fire TGs on SRRCS, especially since going P25.

I could've sworn I had seen it at one point in time maybe it was on the SmartZone or I was just mistaken
