VSP, Petersburg PD and Prince George PD are in the area of West Park Avenue off of S. Crater Road behing King's Barbecue in Petersburg searching for a black male wearing a white "dew rag" with a multi-colored striped short and dark pants who crashed his vehicle and fled during a hot pursuit. A perimeter has been set up and K-9 is enroute. All VSP traffic relating to the incident is on VSP Ric 1, all other traffic has been moved to VSP Blue 1 (on the STARS system).

Update: One suspect is in custody, two more are at large including the one described above and another black male wearing a white dew rag, white t-shirt and blue jeans.
1830 Update: Division 1 dispatched advised that Petersburg DOES NOT have 1 suspect in custody. All suspects are still at large.
1832 Update: The male who was wearing the striped shirt as ditched the shirt and is now possible wearing a white t-shirt. There is only ONE suspect at large (Seems like there's some big communication issues here between PG, Petersburg, and VSP...)
