No, that is not the frequency the space shuttle uses. The space shuttle cannot be monitored from Chicago. I suppose it's possible that the NASA TV audio is rebroadcast there, but that's not even close to the same...

As I stated above, it is not the frequency that the space shuttle uses. And copying it from the CARMA website is a little different than "finding" it...

446.575 is a re-broadcast of NASA Select audio from an amateur radio club in Schaumburg. Good listening, but not off ISS or the shuttle directly.
