I know...I am upset and mad too. If I buy a digital scanner can I hear them again? I don't want to spend money on a fancy scanner and stil not recieve frankfort police.

no i have digital scanner but it will not do it i . iam getting my kenwood radio next week but i have to see if the will program it for me , i hope they do the radio cost a lot

you could try DSD

I have heard that you can decode NEXEDGe with the DSD program. You could try that, although you need to run linux.

Can someone walk me through this? Sorry, I'm new but I have a RS Pro-106. What do I need and/or need to do so that I will be able to pick up their new radio system. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have to have the ken wood radio and programing software then you have to have a ran code then you have to descrambler the audio the radio cost 600 software 50 programming Cabile 20 it on a 6.25 k narrow band
