It has been a while since the last release but this new version includes improvements and bug fixes. Now it's time to turn my attention to PowerPatrol!

-New: System/Site/Group names are now in fixed font as they appear on the scanner
-New: Caution is displayed when user attempts to RR import unmonitorable systems

-Betterred: Scanner COM port autoconfiguration feature improved to be faster & more reliable
-Fix: GPS does not seem to mark system change
-Fix: issue with the way some GPS coordinates were handled when entered manually
-Fix: Can't upload Motorola Type I rebanded sites
-Fix: Can't download EDACS site QK from 346
-Fix: Frequencies not found by find function unless exactly specified

! this new version - the font has change in my systems name which is different under my tags and groups names which have been shorten!
most of channels/freq groups have disappered!! some only have one or two channels when i had 25!!
some trunk tg are gone!!
reverted back to 202 but ALL my systems conventonal or trunk have been paritally erased !!

It sounds like you forgot to save your old file after editing it. Or you may have loaded an old file instead of the one you thought you were loading. The font change was intentional, see the release notes. Good luck.

I just made a very minor change the program. All you have to do is redownload and restore your file from the backup and you are good to go.

THANK YOU very much Assaf. A question, do know how the Unidens handle 3.1250khz channel steps as used in the 700mhz band? The specs for the radio say 6.25khz steps? Does the radio actually take these channels or is it rounding them off to the nearest 6.25 step? What does the software do with them?

Same issue here, and still happening after redownloading the new file. Posted at Freescan's web page also.

There was a minor problem with loading/saving files in the initial bit of release but it was fixed as of last night.

V2.03 also has an import issue with .usd files. Trunked System TGs are imported, but no sites. Critical Errors importing systems from .996 files as well.

It looks like there might have been some glitches with 2.03, I've posted 2.04 which should fix everything.:lol:

I don't like the way a small l looks now, it looks upside down, what was wrong with the font the way it was?

It's using a fixed point font for titles which makes it easier to line up text the way it would appear on the scanner.
