So the first question is whether you are looking for the update in the FULL database, or if you were expecting the see the updates show up in your favorites lists? Because the FL does NOT update automatically. Have you checked the FULL database to see if the updates have been incorporated there?

Also, are you updating Sentinel first? If so, are you then DLing the file to the scanner? Last, RR often "updates" info without changes being made.

Yes I am Updating full database. I randomly update my scanner with Sentinel Software to make sure I have the most up to date Frequencies. Its not updating the Laurel County Ky S.O. and I have tried several times. I have also tried updating my firmware but It says I have the latest firmware. If it's not updating those frequencies, I am wondering what else it is not updating. Just wondering If maybe i need to update my Sentinel Software or if that would even help.

At any rate, it appears that updates have been made.

I checked my database, which was most recently updated 7/26, and saw two Laurel County LE channels. Whne I updated just a minute ago, it now shows three.

So you should be "good to go" if you do it now.

Sometimes it is a matter of timing. Uniden does their updates Sunday or Monday. So if an update to the RR database is done on Tuesday, you'd have to wait until the following week for the update to "catch up".

Are you sure you are writing the updated database from Sentinel to the scanner... mentioned in post #4 above?

Updating the database is a 2 step process.

Specifically which one(s) are not showing? Do you have the correct service types on?

Thank you all for you help. I updated sentinel that didn't work so I force wrote to scanner and now they are showing up. I normally just click update firmware and database, Do I need to force write to my scanner every time?

A firmware update will get into the scanner by itself when it reboots after the update. The firmware updates are written directly to the SD card from Sentinel.

The database update is downloaded to Sentinel first, and then you must write it to the scanner.

The procedures for both are in your owner's manual, page 17.

Generally firmware updates are few and far between - there have been less than 5 in the 20 months this scanner has been around.

If you have created a Favorites List for Laurel County, you also have to modify it for the new frequencies. Updating the master database does not update Favorites Lists. This was a deliberate thing - people may have done suome customizing on their Favorites Lists and didn't want an automatic update to undo what they did.
