I have it on excellent authority that Site 1 is getting an upgrade. Motorola was at the site yesterday with "pallets of 100w amps" They will also be replacing antennas. The upgrades are scheduled for Saturday, March 26. So we will see what happens next, but if the traffic goes missing from Site 7 like it did from Site 1 a few months ago that's probably why, so everyone should keep an ear out.

What site specifically were they at? Site 1 encompasses numerous subsites.
Maybe the pallets of stuff was part of rhe decommissioning?

Yeah, my money is on decommissioning the old site...but I could be wrong. Can we still call it RLM or is that not allowed anymore?
Hah I had to think pretty hard about what the new name is. I am co-owner of a repeater at the top and the message very specifically said upgrade. But who knows maybe a decommission. I assumed that’s the one that came offline and messed everything up so seems plausible that they took it down to upgrade or decommission
