Has anyone been able to confirm the switch of 453.300 mhz, and or the other frequencies licensed, to p25? The frequency has been quiet as of late.

So they are still using this frequency. It is not as busy since they stopped doing hourly officer checks. Funny thing is that since the control of the FCC license was transferred to VA VITA, the license was terminated. That was due to not completing a full buildout of some requirements of the license grant. I wonder if the Police Department knows that? I guess VITA will sort it out. I can't imaging their workload of frequency management.
The Stafford County campus moved to a location off Garrisonville Road. There is a new frequency licensed. I will attempt to confirm if anything is found on 453.1625 or 453.825 Callsign WSGT412.
