New TGIDs 2, 3,& 4 keep popping up this week and are encrypted.

I think thats a Law Enforcement TGID. The Law Enforcement are in the 3, 4, & 500s TGIDs.

If it's encrypted it's LE TGID

Add TGID 505 to the unknown encrypted list,

No UIDs ever come up for TGID 321 though so I'm guessing it's a patch of some sort?
