GO operations are on Metrolynx. The train movements are on the 'local' VHF rail frequency. 161.415 is pretty common. If you check out the Ontario forums you will see some recent posts on metrolynx and the VHF rail freq used in various areas.

The reason for the questions is, there was a very long digital conversation on this 161.085 whit my 996P2 which has NXDN decoding, BUT it wasn't decoded so I have no idea what the conversation was about. AFAIK, NS like everyone else in the states is still analog.
I have heard GO Train conversations in the evening (nothing during the day) on 161.085 numerous times from the listing here that I got 6-12 months ago. .
Apparently, things changed. I'll look into the Ontario Forum.
