Its working very good for me. I am surprised, but all the hype seems to be true. By the way, I have heard from a very reliable, knowledgeable person here that we cannot scan the PSP. True?

True, PSP is Encrypted.
PennDOT/Game Commission/DCNR are not.

Same in Maryland, the MDOT guys are loud (but it's noisy in their trucks.)

Well, those Penn Dot boys are not as refined as others. They must stop mixing the Baileys with their coffee.

While most of PSP is encrypted, you can still listen to PSP turnpike patrol repeaters on East/West 155.130 MHz (PL 77.0) and North 156.195 MHz (PL 74.4.) You will also hear turnpike maintenance and road service units on these repeaters.

Thanks Radio. I assume this all can be found in the Sentinel database? My new SDS is running on "zip code" for now; tomorrow I make and upload Favorites lists. I hope to have a few lists with snow plow, maintenance, that kind of good stuff. Appreciate it. Greg
