Does anyone know if they are encrypted which would be a roadblock to an Avg Joe. If it is possible to "Tune In" What model scanner would you reco

FFPM is right. GPD is Not E, unlike other PDs in Davidson County. have them in both my Davidson and Sumner County playlists on calls and in all of my scanners that do p25

Goodlettsville PD and Fire primary channels are clear. All other police channels are encrypted. All fire is clear I think based on the last time I monitored them.
