Evening! I have a GP9N antenna and am trying to do some troubleshooting with the antenna itself. The center pin has no continuity to the exposed element but I have continuity on the threads to the element. I’m confused as to what the center pin would be connected to? Thanks for the help!

I'm everywhere Focker!
I can't help with your continuity issue, but it sure looks like the center pin fingers are spread apart. Did someone screw a PL-259 into it as opposed to a male N-type?

Nope not that I’m aware. The package was sealed when I purchased and I don’t even have a PL259 on the line.

If that's supposed to be an N connector, it's messed up.

Retailers are notorious for repackaging returned goods.
