GRE500 Dead

Just upgraded firmware to 2.3 worked for a while then nothing, I tried to set the firmware back to 2.1 after I did a factory reset still nothing have I screwed up my scanner by doing a factory reset O+2 and o+1

Checked it out no answers there I don't see the "T" on the display at all if this helps to solve my problem

to be clear; the unit powers up and scans but no longer picks up TGRPs, correct? How about conventional frequencies, weather? Could it be that the system you are trying to pick up may have changed? Odd are high that it happened the same time as you updated but weirder things are known to happen.
