I have just completed a project for a Nationwide Media Group. The local area Group streams audio and video of scanners to a central point for dispatch of traffic information. They have ask me to locate someone in Greensboro for the same type project in that area. E-mail me direct with any useful information about you and your scanners. Try user ems902. He is the director of training for the Guilford County Emergency Services and knows how to program a wide range of scanners, Motorola radios, etc. I'm sure he could help you with the 796.
